Janet Neesham

Director

Janet, a “kiwi” (New Zealander) with a Latin heart, has dedicated her entire professional life to the inbound tourism sector in New Zealand and holds a profound passion for European and Latin American cultures.

With years of experience in the Inbound tourism industry, Janet’s leadership ensures that Pure Pacific maintains its commitment to excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

She was the founder of a major inbound tour operator and has always specialized in the markets of Europe and Latin America. She speaks Spanish and other European languages. After a break, she pursued other types of work still within the tourism sector, including sales manager for a major hotel chain and the opportunity to work for FIFA organizing accommodation for the Women’s World Cup held in New Zealand and Australia this year.

After finishing with FIFA, Janet realized that inbound tourism remains her great passion. She loves getting to know the preferences of each client in order to design the perfect trip for them.

With a deep-rooted love for travel and a keen eye for detail, Janet founded Pure Pacific with the vision of working with agents to provide travellers with authentic and immersive experiences in New Zealand and beyond.

Top Values For You

Tiaki – Care for New Zealand was created through a collective desire to share a connection to the natural world, inspiring and helping visitors to travel safely and conscientiously. In Aotearoa New Zealand, people have a strong connection to the place around them. Tangata whenua (people of this land) see nature as something intrinsically intertwined with their own lives. For Māori, every mountain, every river, every tree has a story. These stories form part of their own identities and help to shape their place in the world. Tiaki invites us all to look at the world through this indigenous lens. To form a deeper connection with place, and to reflect this in our attitudes and behaviours.

These foundational principles serve as the guiding force behind everything we do at Pure Pacific, shaping our company culture, operations, and commitment to delivering unforgettable travel experiences.
